Who we are
ThinkForge is an independent website operated by Steve at thinkforge.tools, offering AI guides and prompt kits. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@thinkforge.tools.
Information you choose to share
When you email us, we receive your email address, the message, and any details or attachments you include. We use this information to respond and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or confidential documents.
Comments are enabled on our articles. If you leave a comment, WordPress collects the information in the comment form, your IP address, and browser information to help manage comments and detect abuse. Your approved comment and display name can be public. Gravatar may receive a hash of your email address to provide a profile image.
Traffic measurement
We use Google Analytics, connected through Google Site Kit, to understand page visits and how readers find and use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers and processes device/browser information and site activity. See Google’s explanation of Analytics data and Google’s Privacy Policy.
We also use Jetpack Stats from Automattic for readership statistics. Jetpack can process information such as IP address, browser details, pages visited, referring page, and visit time. Jetpack also supports site security and image delivery. See Automattic’s notice for visitors for its handling of visitor information.
Cookies and your choices
WordPress uses cookies for features such as login sessions and, if you choose the option when commenting, remembering your comment details. Analytics services can use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; doing so may affect some site features.
Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. This does not disable other services, including Jetpack Stats.
Hosting, service providers, and external sites
Bluehost hosts the website and the ThinkForge email mailbox. Hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver pages, handle email, and protect the site, including server logs. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. If a page contains embedded third-party content, that service may receive technical information and use its own cookies when the content loads.
Retention and privacy requests
WordPress comments and their metadata remain stored unless removed. Email correspondence is kept to handle inquiries and maintain relevant records; it is not automatically deleted immediately after a reply. Analytics and hosting records are subject to the applicable service settings and provider retention practices.
You can contact hello@thinkforge.tools to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for security, administration, or legal obligations.
